Benefit Concert & Auction November 21st at Bayview Hall.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:
Silent Auction 6 to 9
Acoustic Music 6 to 8
Zydeco dance 8 to 10:30
Help is needed collecting Auction items, putting up posters, typing up Auction sheets, setting up hall, selling snacks, cleaning up hall, etc.
Auction donations can be made through 11-15. Items need the following information:
Value of item, minimum bid (if any), who donated it (optional), and for service items we need description of service (please make your own certificate).
